Chosen Vessels:  Ladies Day in Holland

Ladies Day was held here in Holland on November 17, 2007.
Our theme for this year was Chosen Vessels. We had a great time of fellowship, several ladies ministered in songs, poems and skits and we enjoyed a variety of international foods. We honored a special Chosen Vessel, our dear Oma Smits who is now 96 years old. Sister Tuttle spoke to the ladies and then each of them wrote a concern or something that was troubling them on an index card and attached it to a helium balloon. Then we went outside and released the balloons as a symbol of turning all of our cares and concerns totally over to the Lord. It was a wonderful day and our lives were enriched by being in attendance.
